Mr Shepherd of Brighton
This project was to excavate under an existing two storey 1950's detached property which is built on an incline. The client brief was to create a self contained 1 bedroom flat under the existing house, which Mr Shepherd would use as an office. We took great care in making sure the new addition was in keeping with the rest of the house and even though the space was previously 'underground' we were able to ensure light and well proportioned rooms. This project was completed in 4 months.
Marine Parade
This project saw the conversion of 2 basement flats into one luxury family home. The existing property had hidden all the original features of this period building - which once stripped back gave us the opportunity to showcase our skill and expertise in this field. Working closely with the client and adhering to the guidelines set for period buildings - we were able to create a unique home that not only reflects it's owners personality but harmonises the historical with the modern effortlessly. Project time 4 months.
